Supervise and review the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities to ensure financial targets are met.
Oversee AP and AR processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts, including bank, supplier, and customer balances.
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior finance staff.
Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc financial analysis and business reports.

Bachelor's degree in accountancy
At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, AP/AR processes, and cost control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Willing to be assigned in Tamiya, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
