Description
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
- Supervise and train finance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Coordinate audits and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in finance or accounting roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, asset management expertise, proficiency in financial statements, analytics, and reporting; business management acumen
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with possible overtime during reporting periods
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and a team player
