- 執行高級Excel財務建模和房地產機會承保
- 分析市場數據：租金、空置率、開支和收入預測
- 承保並比較房地產債務結構

- 提供報告並向收購團隊展示結果
- 協調貸款人和稅收抵免股權投資者的盡職調查提交
