- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards, handle tax filing and related management tasks.
- Process BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) compliance, SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) filings, and permits as required
- Monitor bank transactions and reconcile accounts regularly
- Process paid check vouchers to contractors and suppliers, ensuring proper documentation (Official Receipt/Collection Receipt/ACR)
- Daily bookkeeping: Responsible for recording and managing the company’s daily financial accounts.
- Other Finance/Accounting-related tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, preferably in the Marketing and Advertising
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Amenable to work in Taguig City
- Can start ASAP
