Description
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement menus that enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and control costs to meet budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often requiring long hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for hospitality.
