Job Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional quality and efficiency.
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory and assist in developing menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage service or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require long hours and shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling stressful situations.
