- Assist customers in selecting food items and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process orders accurately
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serve food, maintain cleanliness, and assist customers as needed.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, and a quick learner.
