QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or any related field. Being a CPA is an advantage.
• At least one (1) year significant experience in product costing, financial analysis, forecasting, and planning and preparation of feasibility studies.
• In depth knowledge of the manufacturing and retail industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Word and Excel and other financial modeling tools. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP and Business Warehouse is an advantage.
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate financial data and analysis both in English and Filipino.
• A team player and can easily coordinate with other departments/units.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help develop and manage the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present Actual and Estimated financial reports and other ad hoc reports but not limited to financial statements, variance analyses, products costs, feasibility studies and others.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas of concern or opportunity, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments/units to gather data and insights, and to communicate financial information effectively.
