Description
- Supervise day-to-day freight forwarding operations, including import, export, and domestic shipments.
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and manage operational workflows, resolving issues and delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and review operational reports, shipment documents, and performance metrics.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure high productivity and service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and control operational costs in line with company budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Flexible hours available
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
