Description
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle reservation and appointment scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide information about services and facilities
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in handling inquiries and managing client relationships.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, manage bookings, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring multitasking and flexibility in shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, attentive to detail, and a team player.
