Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk, MS Office, strong analytical and organizational skills, effective time management, and data entry capabilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Working Conditions: Typically in an office environment, requiring interaction with clients and staff, some multitasking may be necessary.
