Frontdesk Receptionist (Makati)

Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Provide accurate information to inquiries and respond to client requests.
- Maintain security by following visitor check-in procedures and issuing visitor badges.
- Organize the front desk environment and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support internal meetings.
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (courier, email, post).
- Support departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
