Description

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle reservations and check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization at the front desk.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, emphasizing strong foundational skills.
  • 20-30YRS OLD
  • ASSIGNMENT AREA: PARANAQUE CITY
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a front desk or help desk position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office; strong English language skills; excellent time management and organizational skills; analytical abilities; and effective written communication.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require standing or sitting for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
