  • Oversee daily front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service.

  • Maintain inventory and manage guest reservations efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies.
  • Oversee front desk operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in a front office or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and experience with customer relationship management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, approachable, and attentive to details.
