Overview:

We're a fast-growing startup in the early stages of building something impactful — and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take the lead in developing our core SaaS product from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in autonomous environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping a product and engineering culture.

• Take full ownership of building and launching our initial SaaS dashboard
• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and maintainable backend and frontend systems
• Choose and implement the right architecture, tools, and technologies for long-term growth
• Work directly with the founder and have a voice in product and business decisions
• Build integrations with third-party services and develop APIs as needed
• Lay the groundwork for a future engineering team and development processes

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend software engineer
• Proven track record in building and launching SaaS products independently
• Strong skills in modern backend languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Go, etc.)
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.), CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
• Familiarity with security, performance, and user experience best practices
• Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
