  • Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain flowers, trees, and lawns
  • Prune, trim, weed, and remove dead plants
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
  • Monitor plant health, pests, and diseases
  • Keep gardens and outdoor areas clean and presentable
  • Assist with landscaping projects and seasonal planting
  • Basic knowledge of plants and gardening practices
  • Ability to use gardening tools safely
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Attention to detail and creativity in garden care
  • Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred
