Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Perform periodic reconciliations of accounts.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews.
- Provide support for tax preparation and reporting.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Audit, Financial Management, Billing, and Financial Analysis. Familiarity with Accounting Software is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, support audits, and assist in budget preparation while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM TO 6PM
