Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Support finance team with various ad-hoc tasks.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in reconciliations, financial statements, QuickBooks, and cash management; strong written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with accounting software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typically full-time hours with occasional overtime during month-end closes.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
