Proven experience as a General Manager, COO, or Integrator in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management (industry-specific experience is not required).
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the EOS framework.
A history of driving operational excellence and building high-performance teams.
Strategic leadership with the ability to manage diverse teams and integrate various business functions.
Strong ability to implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and foster scalability.
