- Assist in the production process of confectionary items at Super Candy Corporation.
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment with precision and safety following all protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with industry standards.
- Support various departments in the execution of daily tasks to meet manufacturing goals.
- Monitor and report any machinery issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure quality control of products by performing routine inspections.
- Educational Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a High/Senior High School degree or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills and Competencies: Should possess skills in manual testing and have a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in various environments, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Safety compliance is mandatory.
- Qualities and Traits: Looking for candidates who are reliable, punctual, have a keen attention to detail, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
