- Assist in various manual labor tasks to support production activities.
- Operate machinery and equipment as required, following safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position; relevant experience is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic machinery operation, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Working Conditions: Factory or warehouse setting; may involve lifting and standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
