Description

Storefront Visual Merchandising: 

  • Design and update storefront banners, promotional graphics, and category visuals to align with current marketing campaigns. 
  • Ensure featured products, new arrivals, and bestsellers are highlighted effectively. 
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to design engaging homepage layouts and landing pages. 

 

Product Display and Image Optimization: 

  • Create high-quality product images, including lifestyle shots, infographics, and detailed visuals. 
  • Edit and retouch images for clarity, consistency, and enhanced visual appeal. 
  • Design product labels, badges (e.g., "New," "Best Seller," "Limited Offer"), and special highlights. 

 

Campaign and Seasonal Dress-Up: 

  • Lead visual design efforts for seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and live sales events. 
  • Ensure the online store is fully "dressed up" for major events with thematic visuals and promotional layouts. 
  • Design countdown banners, exclusive event graphics, and interactive visuals to boost engagement. 

 

Consistency and Brand Alignment: 

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements of the e-commerce platform. 
  • Follow brand guidelines while experimenting with new design concepts for engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with messaging and campaigns. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 
  • Experience in designing promotional materials, product images, and online campaigns. 
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.) is an advantage. 
  • Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics. 
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent). 
  • Knowledge of photo editing, product photography, and visual storytelling. 
  • Understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and shopper psychology is a plus. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
