Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and implement a refined user operation system, formulating tiered operation strategies based on user lifecycle and characteristics;

2. Gain insights into user needs through data analysis to enhance user engagement, retention, and investment;

3. Independently plan and execute operational activities;

4. Propose product optimization requirements, promote iterative upgrades of existing products, and follow through on implementation, improving user experience and business conversion;

5. Collaborate with product, marketing, BD, and other teams to enhance overall operational efficiency and user value;

6. Monitor the effectiveness of operational strategies, regularly produce reviews and optimization plans to drive continuous growth in core business metrics.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of relevant experience in user operations within the internet/finance/exchange sectors;

2. Experience in planning and executing activities;

3. Strong data analysis skills, capable of driving the design and optimization of operation strategies based on real data;

4. Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration abilities, with a strong execution and results-oriented mindset.
