Job Description
Description
1.负责公司产品的用户运营，包括留存促活，以用户为中心。通过生命周期管理，提出有效方案并推动落地，对运营指标负责；
2.负责公司海外社交媒体（Twitter、Facebook、Instagram等）的日常运营及活动策划。并通过不断优化输出优质内容，促进转化以及扩大品牌影响力；
3.根据公司不同的产品需求、行业热点，针对性策划并执行线上活动。追踪活动效果，对活动最终效果负责;
4.记录并分析日常运营数据，通过数据总结用户行为习惯，优化运营手段;
5.其他团队协作和领导交办工作。
Requirements
岗位要求：
1.全日制统招本科以上学历，英语专业四级或者公六以上，英语可作为工作语言；
2.沟通协调能力强，能组织策划活动，具有很强的执行力；
3.对热点话题敏感，能及时结合热点话题作出反应；
4.主动性、执行力强；思维活跃，积极乐观，工作细心，责任心强，具有较强的团队合作精神。
