- Process Improvement: Analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and developing and implementing solutions using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Standardization: Defining, implementing, and enhancing standard work processes to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and performance.

- TPM & Lean Manufacturing: Applying TPM, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and enhance throughput.
