About the Role



This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Accounts Payable team at REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC.' as an Accounts Payable Coordinator.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable records

  • Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any discrepancies

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports

  • Support the team in ad-hoc finance projects and tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related courses

  • Minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or finance coordinator role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures

  • Can start asap
