Job Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, manage reservations, handle check-ins/outs, and address customer inquiries.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and billing accurately.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and requests efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and expertise in Customer Relationship Management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, and able to manage stress effectively.
