  • Greeting and checking in guests in a friendly manner.
  • Managing reservations and handling guest inquiries.
  • Processing payments and providing room keys.
  • Assisting with guest requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
  • Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduate or Collage Level
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, variable hours including weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, organized, and adaptable.
