- Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, corridors, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure sanitation, manage storage efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.
- Change bed linens and towels as needed.
- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent service and respond to guest requests.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required. With NC2 in Housekeeping
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in home storage, disinfection, organization, general cleaning, and customer service.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments, including residential homes and commercial establishments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
