The Kasambahay (Cook, Kitchen Staff, Laundrywoman, Household Helper, Gardener, Utility/Maintenance Staff) is responsible for performing a wide range of household duties such as cooking, kitchen work, laundry, cleaning, gardening, and general maintenance to ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and functionality of the assigned convent or compound.

A. Cook / Kitchen Staff

• Prepare and cook meals for the community members.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas.
• Monitor inventory of kitchen supplies and report low stocks.
• Assist in receiving and storing groceries and supplies.

B. Laundry Staff

• Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes, linens, and uniforms.
• Organize laundry by category and owner.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry area and equipment.

C. Household Helper / Utility Staff

• Clean bedrooms, comfort rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Dispose of garbage properly and regularly.
• Assist in simple errands and other domestic tasks.

D. Gardener / Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and order of gardens and outdoor areas.
• Water plants, trim bushes, remove weeds, and care for greenery.
• Assist in simple repairs and maintenance tasks around the house.
