Description
- Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop surfaces for optimal cleanliness.
- Change bed linens and replenish toiletries.
- Ensure all facilities meet health and safety standards.
- Report maintenance issues to management.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education not required
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, general cleaning proficiency
- Working Conditions: Varied environments including private homes and commercial properties
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude
