Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in Hotel industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, and compliance knowledge.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, implement HR policies, and handle employee relations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for recruitment and training.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communicator, organized, and adaptable.
