Description

  • Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Authorize representative for Case Hearing.
  • Accepts and performs other duties as assigned by Top Management.

Requirements

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in human resources and administration.
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws.
  • Documentation handling and database management skills.
  • Strong computer skills particularly with programs such as Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
  • Has a good understanding of applicable labor laws and their processes.
  • Can work under pressure and handle confidential information, strong management and leadership skills.
