Description
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Coordinate benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in performance management and evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, recruiting, presentation, coaching, and written communication skills; effective people management; organizational development; training and development knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the recruitment process, support training initiatives, manage employee records, and contribute to organizational development.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a passion for human resources.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- CHRA holder is a plus point!
