Description
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Support and advise management on employee issues and compliance.
- Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and grievances.
- Develop and implement policies to foster a positive work environment.
- Facilitate training sessions on employee relations topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 40 years old and above
- with extensive experience in Employee Relations/Labor Relations
- With experience handling Labor cases and attending SENA Hearing
- Knowledgeable with the Labor Law
- with experience in Training Needs Analysis
- with experience in handling corporate/ company events
