  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
  • Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in HR reporting.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Support performance management processes and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or Student with internship experience valued.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting processes, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about HR.
