Position Title: Recruitment Admin Intern and HR and Admin Intern

Work Setup: 90% Remote / 10% Onsite (BGC, Taguig – for quarterly team events and occasional travels)

Duration: 300–600 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, minimum 40 hours/week

Compensation: Internship Allowance + Unlimited Commissions + Monthly Bonuses + Raffles


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in HRM, Psychology, or related field
  • Available M–F with no class conflicts
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficient in research, Canva, social media posting, and job ad writing
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong initiative and teamwork skills
  • Own laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection
  • Goal-driven, open to feedback, and comfortable working with KPIs


Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Admin Intern

  • Support candidate sourcing via job portals, social media, and other platforms
  • Use and maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Conduct recruitment market research and background checks
  • Assist with interviews, scheduling, and candidate monitoring
  • Design and post job ads using Canva for portals and social media
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and monitor pre-employment requirements
  • Manage recruitment trackers and handle ad hoc admin tasks
  • Conduct onboarding micro-learning sessions for new interns
  • Attend virtual meetings and client calibration sessions
  • Meet monthly and quarterly performance targets


Key Responsibilities of an HR and Admin Intern

  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage and update recruitment data and HRIS records.
  • Assist in drafting disciplinary actions and HR documentation.
  • Support local and international candidate sourcing.
  • Handle background check administration, test administration, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update the Recruitment Tracking System and Business Development (BD) tracker.
  • Prepare and send client proposals, employment contracts, and client agreements.
  • Support employee offboarding and related documentation.
  • Assist in creating and improving HR and recruitment forms.
  • Help in compensation and benefits administration and other HR functions.
  • Manage company social media accounts for employer branding and engagement.
  • Follow up on candidate status with clients and ensure smooth communication between parties.
