Description
- Mainly responsible for the total welfare of the entire HR department in handling HR operations including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, personnel movement and performance evaluation, policy implementation and strategic planning.
- Oversee administrative operations and HR/Admin staff members, improve office policies, system and procedures and generally will ensure the office operate smoothly and efficiently.
- At least five (5) years of experience as HR Manager.
- Preferably Human Resource Management or any related Business Administration course.
