Description
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on management or supervisory roles.
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
- Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
- Working Conditions: Generally in an office environment with standard working hours.
