Description
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Evaluate and improve employee performance management systems.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop and conduct training programs for staff development.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruiting and employee relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, payroll processing, compensation and benefits management, and talent management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruiting processes, resolve employee issues, oversee payroll, and drive coaching initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for employee development.
