Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for high-volume BPO hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and company standards.
Manage recruitment analytics and reporting to track progress and optimize processes.
Build a strong employer brand to attract qualified candidates.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or Lead in the BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, and HR technologies.
Proven experience in high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to start immediately is a strong advantage.
