Position: HR Manager

Salary Range: Around PHP 35,000 to 50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Valenzuela

Work Setup: Full-time


Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for overall personnel management within the company and must be capable of handling complex HR matters. Key duties include:

  • Managing employee relations and maintaining smooth communication between Filipino staff and the company
  • Handling conflicts, disputes, and internal HR issues professionally
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance matters
  • Coordinating with government agencies for HR-related compliance, including DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, permits, and documentation
  • Ensuring company policies are implemented properly and effectively
  • Supporting daily HR operations and providing guidance to management


Job Requirements

  • Must have extensive HR experience, preferably from large or well-structured companies
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
  • Ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity
