- Manage recruitment and selection process.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits and payroll services.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or any related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1year work experience in HR or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular business hours. Willing to render overtime (esp. during payroll).
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a strong ethical foundation.
