• Manage the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain employee records and the HR database
• Oversee time and attendance, timekeeping, and payroll coordination
• Manage employee relations, policies, and disciplinary actions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of HR experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
