Description

Assist in recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as absences, leaves, and resignations.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee activities, and orientation programs.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
With at least 2 years of experience in the same role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
