Maintain and update employee records, including personal information and contracts.
Collect and verify timesheets, assist in payroll processing.
Post job openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication.
Prepare onboarding materials, conduct orientations, and ensure documentation is complete.
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrolment and updates.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations.
Assist in handling employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover and absenteeism.
Organize and schedule employee training sessions and track completion.
Handle HR-related inquiries, manage documentation, and support the HR team administratively.
And any Ad hoc tasks which are assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Administration and Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Required Skill (s): Human Resource Management, Payroll Calculation, Training & Development and Communication Skill.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
