Job Title: HR Generalist

Work Arrangement: On-site

Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Alabang

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 40,000


The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting HR functions while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and maintaining accurate HR records. The role also plays a key part in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the organization’s business strategy through effective HR practices.


Key Roles:

  • Manage HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, and ensure strict adherence to labour laws and company policies.
  • Liaise with external recruiters to manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding).
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, addressing employee needs and maintaining HR systems and records.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company needs.
  • Oversee employee development programs to support continuous growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Support a positive workplace culture by advising on employee relations, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting inclusivity.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives that support overall business objectives.
  • Perform other ad hoc HR-related duties as assigned.

Education, Professional Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
