Description

The HR Generalist will support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, government compliance, performance management, and HR documentation. This role ensures the company complies with Philippine labor laws while promoting a positive workplace culture and efficient HR processes.


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment requirements.


Timekeeping & Leave Management

  • Monitor attendance, DTRs, shift schedules, and leave balances.
  • Ensure timely filing and approval of leave requests in line with labor policies.


Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Help organize engagement and retention programs (e.g., recognition, team-building).


Compensation & Benefits

  • Facilitate government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate statutory deductions and contributions.


Performance & Development

  • Assist in implementing KPIs, performance appraisals, and training initiatives.


Records & Compliance

  • Maintain and update 201 files and ensure compliance with DOLE and company policies.
  • Draft HR memos, notices, and policy updates when needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in general HR functions.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and statutory benefits is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and timekeeping/payroll systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
