We’re open to hiring for this role either part-time or freelance.


  • Perform end-to-end HR support, including onboarding, off boarding, records management, and exit processing, in line with company standards
  • Draft and update HR policies, contracts, manuals, and procedures based on company requirements
  • Manage HR compliance documentation, audit preparation, and tracking of regulatory requirements
  • Handle payroll and benefits administration support, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Prepare organizational structures, job descriptions, and workforce planning materials
  • Assist in the development and execution of performance management, engagement, and culture programs
  • Deliver HR job orders accurately and on schedule, coordinating closely with the internal team and client staff
  • Ensure that all assigned HR tasks are completed in compliance with company guidelines and confidentiality standards
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary action, and labor compliance
  • Help clients align HR practices with business goals, ensuring both people success and operational sustainability
  • Collaborate with founders, team leads, and HR staff to elevate people operations

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of end-to-end HR experience, including payroll and benefits administration
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor code, DOLE/ HR compliance requirements and regulatory processes
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Professional, service-oriented, and reliable in delivering quality outputs
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential employee and company information
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, with consistent responsiveness and follow-through
