  • Recruiting: We are a small but growing team. You will help us recruit talented and motivated people to join our team across business and engineering roles. We also sometimes help clients recruit manpower for event operations. You will lead all recruiting efforts across the company.

  • Specifically: help organize & lead monthly town hall video conferences; organize quarterly team building events; brainstorm & execute additional team building initiatives.
  • Compliance Support
  • HR Manager will also assist with some basic HR & corporate compliance functions.
  • Special Projects: We are a small team so people often handle multiple responsibilities. Additional tasks and projects will come up that are important to help us achieve our goals. These are often challenging but important additional missions that help the team, and are also good learning opportunities.


As an Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for:

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration (including HMO).
  • Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance management.
  • Maintain employee records, HR systems, and government compliance documentation.
  • Facilitate offboarding processes including exit interviews, clearance, and asset return.
  • Prepare regular HR reports (labor cost, overtime, payroll, etc.).
  • Manage office-related administration such as supplies, logistics, and facilities.


Compliance & Legal

  • Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Oversee client KYC processes and onboarding due diligence.
  • Draft, review, and maintain legal documents (contracts, NDAs, agreements).
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams on compliance-related concerns.
  • Monitor event compliance requirements and terminal functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, compliance, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools (e.g., Sprout) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
